THE BIGGER STORY

Scripturally Saying was born out of my own return to God.

When God began placing this brand in my spirit, I was what I like to call “fresh off the altar.” I had recently rededicated my life to Christ after nearly a decade of wrestling with same-sex attraction, promiscuity, drug abuse, and a life that had taken me far from the God I once knew.

But coming back to God gave me a burden for people who might never walk through the doors of a church. I kept thinking about a generation growing up without knowing Him, and about people like me who did know Him but, somewhere along the way, walked away.

I wanted to reach them differently.

Not with judgment. Not by pretending I had never struggled. And not by watering down the Gospel to make it easier to hear.

I wanted to create something that could meet people where they are and start a conversation. Something relatable enough to catch their attention, bold enough to point toward Christ, and authentic enough to say, “I understand more than you might think.”

That became Scripturally Saying.

It's bigger than putting Bible verses on shirts. It's about carrying Scripture into everyday culture in a way that feels alive, expressive, and real. A shirt might catch someone's eye. A phrase might start a conversation. A Scripture might plant a seed. And God can take it from there.

That's the bigger story: creating space for the conversation that could lead someone back to Christ.

Scripturally Saying. Faith speaks. Wear it. Share it. Live it.

Scripture has something to say.

Scripturally Saying is a faith-based apparel and gift brand built around a simple idea: the Word belongs in everyday conversation. We create designs that bring Scripture into modern style with boldness, warmth, and personality.

Why we create

A shirt can catch the eye, start a conversation, or remind its wearer of a truth they needed that day. We want our designs to do more than decorate a garment. We want each one to carry a message worth sharing.

Our style

We love expressive typography, strong imagery, music, humor, and the many ways faith shows up in real life. Our collections can be joyful, reflective, playful, or direct, while staying rooted in Scripture.

What's next

We're refreshing Scripturally Saying for Christmas 2026, including a new collaboration with Musiqalsol Records. This relaunch is the beginning of a growing brand with room for future collections and new stories.
